Itching in body after climate chsnge

Hello doctors, Since the climate change in february ,my mom is experiencing itching sensation in hands,legs,back ,shoulders,and almost everywhere in the body..But no rashes anywhere Could you please suggest the best medication(medicine/ointment) for this issue..
