Continues itching in both eyes.right eye is 0.5 and left eye power is 0.25.do I need to wear spects.

If you are having no headache or eyestrain , there is no need to wear glass,for itching you may use Tobrasone eye drops 3 times along with lacryl ultra eye drops 4-5 times.
