My kid is itching in full body specially around abdominal and leg areas mainly at night. She don't have any rashes anywhere. Please suggest any cream or syrup.

Nocturnal itching in a child, is highly suspicious of scabies. Obviously a full physical examination is required, but certain questions can help arrive at the correct diagnosis.
Does your child stay in a hostel? If so, do other children have similar complaints?
Does your child itch in the web spaces between his fingers on his hands?
Does anyone else who is in contact with the child have similar complaints?
