I have been having itching throat, cold, light fever and body pains from yesterday night. So please kindly suggest me the medicine

Hello.. I would suggest you to do salt water gargling first as that will help you out... Secondly take paracetamol thrice a day for fever and cetrizine twice a day for the cold and throat irritation...Meet a physician first further issues thank you..
