I'm a boy who has itching in groin area, the area has now turned black, also I have tried to apply cream (itch guard) still no effect. Any leads how to cure this

Apply Candid cream over the area twice daily for 15 days. Once the problem is reduced apply Candid powder twice daily.
See that the area is dry always, change under wear twice daily if necessary.
