Itching problem
Patient is 74 years old.Has has the problem of itching in his whole body including head, something like pinching inside and sometimes shifted from one place to another.While applying soap or dettol gives relieved. But the problem raise for 2 to 3 time in a day.

It looks like some kind of allergic skin disease but description is not clear. So try to take Tab Cetrizine during night time along with apply some ointment like clonate lotion. If still persists consult a dermatologist doctor.
