Itchy and pimple like things on skin
I am getting rashes in my legs, near ankle with a pimple kind of boils. That is itchy when dry. It's black in colour and quite irritating when it becomes dry.

You may be sufferring from Eczema. I cannot be sure until I see the rashes. Don't use soap over the rashes. Please call me or send photos using online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment advice.
