Whenever I see laptop or mobile screen for long time. My eyes start to itch and become watery. If I go off the screen for few minutes it gets dry also at that time itchiness is present. I typically work in front of the screen for 10 hrs. Please advice.

You are suffering from computer vision syndrome. Start eye drops Refresh tears 4 times a day and Eye ointment lacrigel once before sleeping. Take frequent breaks from screen every 20 mins. Have proper sleep and take proper diet.
