ITP is an autoimmune disorder against platelets. The statistics for eventual complete recovery is less than 60%. The aim of the treatment is to ensure her platelet count doesn’t drop below 30,000; (to prevent bleeding). Further medical history details and recent platelet count is required to give apt recommendations.
