I am trying to leave the habbit of chewing tobacoo. But i am not able to control myself. I eat a packet of tobacoo every 45 minutes. Please advice me something which would help me to leave tobacoo.

You will need supplements for tobacco in form of nicotine patches and gums
Reduce it slowly from 45
