5 year girl having jaundice 6mg / dl , her CT report showing ascitis nd mild bilateral pleural effusion she is admitted in hospital her xray report showing hilar nd parahilar congestion nd her hg decrease 12 to 10 g/ dl in 4 days tell me what is happening and is this serious problem ??

She is suffering from liver disease which is causing all these problems
I suppose all necessary investigations must have been done
Ascites and pleural effusion are complications of liver disease
Though the treating doctor can be the best judge
