Jaw pain on the left side

You seem to be suffering from submandibular lymphadenitis secondary to mouth ulcer with referred ear pain. You may need to take antibiotics and painkillers along local antiseptic, local anesthetic gel to mouth ulcer. Pain will reduce once ulcer heals
