Jerks while trying to feel asleep
I had muscle twitches in my body for some time and health related anxiety and recently one night i took too much stress and woke up i do not know if it was anxiety or panic attack but after that night whenever i try to sleep there is some jerks or twitches anywhere in my body that wakes me up and i have developed a sort of fear now for this what can i do now and i also an eeg which came back normal and i also have ibs any solutions as i have tingling sensations all over my head and body.
