Joint back pain
Dear Sir, I had a C-SECTION delivery on last Dec 2016. My weight around 55 to 57 kg. I have been facing acqute joint back problem after my delivery. Is it curable or not? Or is there any exercise I have to do? Still I am continuing Calcium tab daily 1tab. Is any painkiller can suggest to reduce the pain? Any ultrasound / Scanning has to be done? Regards

Hi..... You may be able to avoid back pain or prevent its recurrence by improving your physical condition and learning and practicing proper body mechanics.... Exercise. Regular low-impact aerobic activities — those that don't strain or jolt your back — increase strength and endurance in your back and allow your muscles to function better. Build muscle strength and flexibility. Maintain a healthy weight. Being overweight strains back muscles. If you're overweight, trimming down can prevent back pain..... ,,
