I'm suffering L5S1 disc protrusion for more than 2 months. In between undergoing a treatment, All of the sudden feeling electric sensation in one side of the shoulder blade when i put my neck down. When consulted Ayurveda doctor, he suggested 1 week oil massage followed that Kati Basti treatment in cervical segments for one week and lumbar segments for one other week.My doubt is can we do Kati Basti in both cervical and lumbar at a same time? Pls advise

Do massage of both legs and low back ...after that only do low back exercise daily .and do not eat rice,curd,and maize roti.
And Kati basti can done on same time for both lumber region.
