Keratoconus in right eye
Hi doctor, I am a 26 year old female and I have been detected eith keratoconus in my right eye. I will be going through C3R tomorrow. For my left eye, my spherical number was constant since 2021 till march 2023 , it was -2.00 but within 1 month , my left eye spherical  power has suddenly increased from -2 to -2.75. but cylinder power is constant. What can be the cause for sudden increase in spherical power in just 1 month?

First we need to confirm whether this a true increase or false increase To confirm if it's a true increase, Dilated Refraction is important. If it's a false increase, then change of glasses are not required. If it's true increase (which is unlikely) : Sudden increase in Myopia could be due to Left eye Keratoconus or due to other factors like dry eyes or even Systemic conditions like certain oral medications or pregnancy.
