Greetings.Keratosis pilaris is a common, harmless skin condition.This condition develops when the skin produces too much of a protein called keratin, which can block hair follicles and causes small, hard bumps that may make your skin feel like sand paper. The bumps are usually on the arms, thighs, cheeks and buttocks.
