My kid (one of twin) is growing slow since birth. He is of 8yr 10 month still weigh 17.30 Kg. He usually keeps his first 2 fingers sucking.
Also, his appetite is very low.
Morning 8.00 am - Hot milk, 10.30- 1 chapti or parantha, 1:00pm 1 chapti with sabji, 5pm milk, 8 pm 1 chapti with sabji or daal.
Kindly suggest medicine for deworming and some appetizer or growth suppliment.

By mistake you have written wrong weight . It can’t be 17 kg at 10 months . Your inputs on diet reveal that he is eating well for his age . But you should give one egg everyday for first class protein , also give mosummi or orange juice about 4 spoons for Vit C . He doesn’t need supplements unless doctor documents specific deficiencies . Balanced food is the best tonic .
Do remember to get vaccinations on time & keep his teeth clean whenever they erupt . Keep nails trimmed & maintain hygiene to avoid worm infestation. Those who handle children like you your wife or other caretakers should deworm themselves .if you have a pet deworm pet regularly.

If not deworming is useless
His main problem is unhygienic practice

Frequent wholesome healthy food is recommended
Weight and height have to be plotted on growth chart so monitoring both for a period of 2 to 4 months will give a better idea of growth.
For deworming give syrup zentel 10ml at night and repeat after 1 week then stop.
At 8 yr 10 month ,weight with just of 17 kg comes under failure to thrive .
Will need height too to know the Chronicity of the problem
How is the childs development as he is still sucking thumb.
Whether it is nutritional or some other chronic problem will need to examine the child in toto
Next Steps
Please see pediatrician in person so that child can be assessed completely and may need battrey of tests and assesing other growth parameters .
