Kidney and Mucinex
Having issues with what I assume to be fluid in my lungs. I'm having trouble breathing and having back pain. I want to take Mucinex for it but I'm also having kidney problems and am unaware if Mucinex has an effect on the kidneys. I also would like to know if Mucinex is only for infection in the lungs or fluid in general. Thanks for taking the time to read this!

Consult a nephrologist for clinical physical examination and evaluation for kidney problems.acetyl cystine may have a role in prevention of kidney function damage and is advised in many kidney problems
