I have right side abdomen pain and right back also... My usg scan showed 1 kidney stone 3.6mm... My urine test came normal ...My question is do I have to take kidney blood test to check my kidneys are in good condition ? Or no need to take kidney blood test?..please advice

Small stones unless obstructing in kidney will not cause pain...definitely you must have passed a stone down?
If still pain persists get Plain CT kub scan which will give 100% assurance of size site and location of stone. Rest all test can follow or wait.

You have a small kidney stone.
I am sure rest of the parameters on USG are normal.
U don’t need to take any further tests unless your pain is not severe.
