Kidney stone
I am undergoing Ayurvedic treatment for Kidney stones. Latest USG confirms presence of 2 stones in both kidneys measuring 3mm.
Kindly suggest, if I should opt for lithotripsy or Surgical option or continue dissolution of the stones by Ayurvedic medicine.

Hello,
Usually kidney stones of 3mm can be dissolved by ayurvedic medicines. I don't know the duration of treatment you have taken. But, continue with the medicines and follow up with your doctor for further course of treatment.

Drink lots of water and avoid spicy and oily foods.
