Kidney stone in left kidney
Kidney stone of 3.4 mm in left kidney with continuous dryness in mouth. Report attached. Pain is on the lower back but not on left side since 3 days. Taking meftalspaz for pain and urimax and urilyser.Kindly let me know how the pain will reduce

I don't think the pain is coz of the stone....this small size kidney  stone does not cause pain ...
Next Steps
it can cause pain only if it descends into the ureter
