Kidney stone
My wife is in her 4 month of pregnancy and is having stone in her left kidney which seems to have fallen to her ureter and she is having severe pain twice in the last 15 days , kindly advice if it is safe to take pain killer during pregnancy or what is the alternate treatment.

Paracetamol is the safest pain killer...If u could have uploaded the ultrasound report showing exact position n size then I could have better told u about the management options. If stone size is large then its better to get stent placed on left side.
