Two days ago i felt pain in kidneys, so that I have to consult doctor for this , he suggested me to do some test like ultrasound.
In the report they found 3-4mm stones in both kidneys.
Suggest me precaution and diet to diagnose this.

If the stones are nonobstructive, no intervention required. You may have to take plenty of fluids per day, avoid excessive salt and protein in diet. In case you are obese, then weight reduction is useful. If you have any acute pain, then consult a Urologist nearby immediately
