Having knee and ankle pain in only one leg and it got swollen sometimes whenever she overworked at home What should I suppose to do

It may be due oestioarthritis of knees,? Please get an x-ray done of knee joints. Apply Rhumasyl oil for gental massage on pain areas for now. Hot water formantation at knees. Do some exercises. Isometric and quadriceps. Revert to me with your x-ray. Thank you
