  4. Knee got twisted. While bending my leg!

Knee got twisted
I have an accident in which my knee got twisted a bit and swelled up on the back of knee(it's been 4 days) . Now I'm unable to bend it completely inwards but can walk freely somewhat. The first day there was no pain but from 2day the pain got doubled while bending my leg
