Knee injury
1. Complex tear in antetior horn of lateral meniscus. 2. Horizontal tear in posterior horn of medial meniscus. 3. Partial ACL tear. 4. Grade 1 injury of patellar tendon at its tibial insertion with medial subluxation of patella. 5. Medial patellar plica tear. 6. Mild synovial effusion. Above mentioned are the result of my MRI report and i want to know about the complexity. Can i go for any therapy instead of surgery? Any suggestion ?

As you told all your injuries are mild and partial,  not full,  so you can go with a qualified physiotherapist and he will take care of your injuries but it will take a lot of time to be healthy and to get perfect range of your knee joint
