I have took my mri of my right knee and ut indicates focal intrasubstance hyperintense signal in middle of 1/3 of acl,grade 2 sprain of lcl,bone contusion and edema.
Please reply me whether there is a need for acl reconstruction for me or this will heal over time please reply.....

Hi. Clinically need to access first as mri is not 100 percent correct. Give it a period of rest and then we see clinically if you still have instability symptoms then we need to consider acl reconstruction.
