:-) knee pain . But where in the knee? . Both knee or one knee ? Any sound while doing knee movement. Any swelling? Did u twist your knees while jogging. What is your weight ? There can be high possibility that u must hve injured your meniscus Or other possibilities can be just due to friction it has been inflammed causing bursitis or it can be just spasm of your quadricep and hamstring muscle. As your not an athelete So to rule out all this stuff your need proper  examination by othropaedic doctor. Other wise you will keep on doing investigation and nothing will come out As u said ice and spray not helping u , then it can be something more than just a spasm . So plz consult earliest to your near by Orthopaedic doctor

Suddenly starting exercises can cause such pain. Exercises should be done by slowly increasing the intensity. There might be some confusion in the knee. You’ll need to rest and try some low impact sports such as cycling or swimming for a while till the knee recovers .
Next Steps
Give rest to the knee. Start low impact sports like cycling , swimming

Stop running for a while. Start doing proper warm exercises before running and post run stretching to avoid such pain. Start slowly and gradually increase your running distance. U also need to do some strength trading for your knee and core muscles to be a good runner.
Next Steps
Start ice fomentation and light stretching. U can start a light analgesics. An examination by orthopaedic surgeon will help.
