Knee pain/cramp
When I stand after being in the squat position for some time (example- While using an Indian toilet) I have a pain/cramp in my left knee for about 30 secs. I have to limp while walking for this time. There is never an issue apart from this. I run, walk without any problem. So what seems to b d issue? Any remedy plz

Hi sir, from ur question it seems like knee joint strain as if there is any ligament or muscle injury u can't walk R run but ur able to do full squat. Reach a near Physio and learn and start doing knee strengthening exercises. You should be fine by a week time.
