Knee pain from 2 years
Mri result shows pcl ligament is slightly stretched. Due to my busy schedule i am not able to work on my quads regularly. Pain builds up while walking . Should i go for surgery!? Does prolotheraphy works for ligament? Any other treatment is available for it? Please suggest

Hi there.. I can understand your worry.. I suggest you take rest as there ain't any Frank tear of ligament it's just sprained.. dextrose prolotherapy is tried in ligament laxity.. but it's use is still controversial.. please consult your orthopedician for better advise. Please take hot fomentation, take aclecofenac 100mg tablet, apply local pain killer gels..
