Knee pain problem
3 years ago I had knee pain, and I found out knee pain is primarily because of deficiency of vitamin d. So doctor gave me some medicine and told some exercise to do, after one month knee pain was totally gone. But after 3 month it again started and since than I am dealing with, gone to couple of doctors and taken ayurvedic medicine but with some relief knee pain not totally goes out. Patella of left knee pain and both the knee pain from top. At morning there is no pain but from afternoon it pains. Sometimes I feel that there is no pain in knee. I have not taken any physiotherapy, But still do knee exercise. I do not have severe pain but there is pain in knee, how to get completely rid of this pain.

Do proper strengthening of knee. The pain will surely go. You can once show the excercises that you are doing at home and take guidance on what more to do. Also, check your Vitamin B12 and D levels again. you might be still having the deficiency of either.
