I'm sorry to hear about your knee pain and how it's affecting your daily life. From your description, it sounds like you have been experiencing chronic knee pain for several years, and despite trying different medications, the pain has persisted. It's good that you have sought medical attention and received an X-ray, which revealed chondromalacia patella and a benign growth on your tibia. These findings may be contributing to your knee pain. In addition to medication, there are other non-surgical treatments that can help alleviate knee pain, such as physical therapy, exercises to strengthen the muscles surrounding the knee joint, and lifestyle modifications to reduce stress on the knees. Your doctor or a physical therapist can help you develop a personalized exercise and therapy plan. If conservative treatments do not provide relief, your doctor may suggest other treatment options, such as injections or surgery. It's important to continue working with your doctor to identify the underlying cause of your knee pain and develop a treatment plan that is tailored to your specific needs.

If x ray shows chondromalacia patella, it can be treated very well..You can get your knee  examined clinically for this diagnosis.. Physiotherapy exercises can help you get rid of this pain.
