Knee pain upon bending closely.
I injured myself in the right knee playing badminton. When I was leaving the court after injury(which didn't seem big. I could continue with my game ), it made a sound. The cracking sound came before too sometimes. So not sure if I tore something upon walking. There was pain for a day which reduced afterwards. Now when I try to fold my leg such that the heels touch the loin area, it hurts. Otherwise walking doesn't hurt.

Appears like post horn tear of meniscus. Better consult an orthopedician and get examined
