  4. Knee pain whenever touched. Help me!

Knee pain whenever touched
My knee was struck with a iron wall during chin ups in gym last year I applied ointment for pain relief at that time. Now it's don't usually pain,, but wherever it lie down on bed or my knee is touched by a table ,, it pains.. Please help me
