Two months ago during a soccer match I fell on my knee. I used anti infamatory drugs and cream but still I'm experiencing pain at back and inside my knee. What can I do?

As u have injury of past two months so start Hot Fomentation and along with it do Knee isometrics by keeping a towel roll under knee and press it with knee.
Then hems stretch and exercise of inner thigh muscles. For this take ur leg in n out.

Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day.
Sports Taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area
Contrast Fomentation (Hot and Cold).
