Sir I had sound in my knee what should I do and pains also comes sometimes is it due to masturbation I am very depressed about that plz clear my doubt as I also consult my psychologist he tell me that it is normal majority of people do it but I don't tell about my knee to him plz clear

Knee sound as such is fine but if it's associated with pain get ot checkorthoan ortho No relation to masturbation

Usually knee sounds will be due to the gas bubbles moving in and out . Sometimes it may be due to some problems like meniscus or ligament injury Not related to masturbation

Masturbation is a normal activity for people of your age. Don't take it as sin or a crime. Relax,  concentrate on your education. Knee pain will disappear in due course of time.

Knee sound can have multiple reason If any isssue in routine activities, than get your knee examination by doctor If no issue, it can be normal
