Dear Kalyan
it seems you have torn your knee ligament, portion of medial meniscus, as per your MRI.
we need to evaluate in detail your medical history (any trauma or fall down, swelling around knee, knee movements restriction etc), and to see you personally to give you best solution. Considering your age, if no other findings comes positive and clinically torn menisci portion is the culprit then artroscopic meniscectomy will be the best and result oriented treatment for you.
Hello Practo User,
You will need to be examined.
If there is obstruction to your joint movement,it needs to be corrected by Arthroscopic surgery (Repair or Excision)
But don't worry, not always surgery is required especially in your case.
