Knee wound
This wound is 2 months old and it accidentally got hit by bed. I consulted a MBBS doctor and he is asking to incise the skin to clean as there is necrosis. It is safe to get this procedure done from him or there can be complications. And is there any issue if i avoid this and let it be like this.

No. Nedd to do anything just give time
It will heal completely become normal give some time at least 4-5 month
