Knee xray, height growth
I am 16 years old.. I started puberty at age of 12 I will attach my knee xray can some one say how many years of growth is left.. And how much inches i can grow at maximum Pls answer this 2 questions clearly.. Iam 5'10 right now Father is 5'11 Pls tell me how many years of growth is left and how many inches will i grow (rough idea) Pls help thanks a lot Im getting quick responses..

Boys usually increase their height up to 15/16 yrs and few later too. Our chronological age may be different to our bone age. There are standard charts and guidelines to know about bone age. As i can see that ur growth lines are open in knee xrays u have chance to increase ur height further. U may get ur height equivalent to ur father. U shd focus on physical activities and take protein and calcium rich diet to have to maximum height achieved

Your physis are almost closing so i guess you may not grow much now half to 1 inch maximum will be your growth remaining according to me If you keep on exercising you can get more than 1 inch growth but you may not grow more than 6 feet
