I have knock knees ..is there any home remedies or methods to treat this without surgery

All knock knees need not be operated, neither all knock knees need to be corrected. It depends upon the extent of the angle of the knees based on which your doctor may suggest the best possible option.
If you are in pain & want to manage it, a decent exercise plan may help you out, again depending on the nature and extent of the problem. If you are asking for home remedies to correct the angulation of the knee, the sorry, that can be done only via surgery. Other things will not work. Do not waste time, money & hope on these things. Many people will promise you a treatment plan, but none work. Pain however,if present, can be managed at home.
