  4. Knot in my right chest. The treatment. ?

Knot in my right chest
I have a knot in my right chest since 5 days. It pains when i press it. Although there was another knot in my left chest. But it vanished after sometime. What can be the cause..? Is this leeds to serious desease.? Please tell me the treatment. .?
