In which fruits and vegetables,the vit D present in large amount.
Also tell me,if a person take much foods having vit D more,so it harms our body or not.

Foryified Milk and milk products , egg yolk
Early morning sunlight
Vit D is a fat soluble vitamin and so can cause toxicity in liver
