L tyrosine for adhd.
I may use l tyrosine supplement in adhd, bipolar and schizophrenia condition ? If so what is the advisable dosage ? I have 500 mg capsules with me.

L-Tyrosine does not have much of scientific evidence of efficacy in either of these conditions. It is advised to consult a Psychiatrist for treatment as comanaging these three Disorders is tricky.
