I am suffering from back pain. I have done MRI also & in this report is there..
1- central disc bulge with annular tear is seen in L4-5 level indenting anterior thecal sac effacing bilateral lateral recesses & compressing bilateral neural foramina. AP canal diameter - 1.2 cm.
2- diffuse disc bulge with annular tear is seen in L5-S1level indenting anterior thecal sac effacing bilateral lateral recesses & compressing bilateral neural foramina. AP canal diameter - 1.3 cm.

Looks like the disc problem is very mild. You should take a few days rest, avoid bending forward, avoid lifting heavy weights, some anelgesics.
If pain still persists beyond 3 days then consult a Neurospine specialist.
