Can you please tell me whether the attached page of lab report has any impact. I got response from Dr Dharmik saying it's the back page.I am not understanding what is increased level and decreased level. Could you please help me understand all the points mentioned saying hepatocellular/vitamin d intoxication etc.

Ma'am, your report is on first page. This tells you the common conditions in which vit D increases or decreases, not necessarily that you have the same problem
Consult online with all your reports and detailed history, so i can explain.
