Lack of blood circulation. Of acidity.

I have acute gastric problem. I always feel heated on the right side below the stomach that increases on the upper side of my stomach as well. then my heart beat increases and I never feel like to sleep and my body Become out of control but i don't feel weakness in my body at the same time when I don't feel heated in my stomach then my heart beat gets down and my hand's vein gets down and body gets disbalance. I get lack of blood circulation in my head, forehead and hand. it gets resolved when I ate something garam taseer food. but by having these foods I get relieved only till 2 days after that it become the same. I don't have clear motion. my acidity and heat increases when I take any Antacid. I got diagnosed with Hiatus Hernia by doing check-up like C T Scan, Berium meal x-ray, ultrasound and endoscopy but I don't have any symptoms like Hiatus Hernia. Please suggest any check-up why I have lack of blood circulation in the pressure of acidity.
