I am 17 yrs old and seriously lacking short term memory. I can't remember what I studied minutes ago. I also feel slightly depressed. Is it normal at my age?

Feeling confused, frustrated and depressed is quite normal at the age of 17. Problem is that these feelings will interfere with your studies and memory also. So you need to talk to somebody and sort out your feelings, only then your studies and memory will become better.
Next Steps
consult with a counselor here or anywhere you feel comfortable.
