I am generally lack self esteem. It is affecting my relationships and always feel inferior to people. I get offended for small jokes thrown at me or I expect people to say things which I expect to hear. I am very short tempered. My childhood at home was not so jovial like other kids and I became emotionally detached with parents when I was around 15years old. I have a good job, but am not feeling confident in anything which is affecting my work as well as my personal relationships.I sometimes feel anxious in social gatherings and I try to avoid being in social situations. But sometimes I am fine, but all that depends up on my external environment. If people behave the way I expect I am fine else my mood will be gone. I am unable to feel energy from within. I have a team in work, I being out of energy is unable to motivate my team. Same is happening with all my relationships. I had 2 breakups because they were unable to handle my clinginess. Should I see a psychotherapist. Please help.

Don't diagnosis your self after seeing google.
