Lactation - low breast milk, can i star.
I m low on milk production since 3 days as i was effeccted by DVT and started taking enaxoparin injections of 60&40 mg day nd night respectively. I am eating all possible food to increase milk but isn't helping. Pumping out just left with 30 ml milk for 30 mins. Can i start formula milk Enfamil? How much do we feed it?
Baby is 3 months 1 day old today. She was lil below average weight too when we checked during the 2.5 months injection routine.
Please help.

check baby weight again.. if she has gained less than 1.5 kg from birth then u can start top up feeds.. if between 1.5 to 2 then give an other week trial of breast feeds.. if more than 2 kg increase from birth weight then don worry and continue only breast feeding..👍
